Effective date: January 1st, 2025
By purchasing any products, sessions, digital products, services, or books (the "Product") from Moshe Mikanovsky and Products for Good ("Coach"), you agree to the following terms and conditions that form a legal agreement between you and the Coach.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase the Product. The Product is for individual purchase only and is non-transferable. You are prohibited from sharing access with anyone else.
This Product is not a get-rich scheme. The Coach cannot guarantee any success or projected increased income. Results depend on many factors including dedication, desire and motivation. This Product does not provide professional financial, legal, medical or psychological advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, choices, actions and results.
You are responsible for paying for the Product in full and providing a valid payment method. If payment is declined, returned or deemed fraudulent, access will be terminated until all payments are made in full.
Given the nature of the Product, no refunds will be offered (except where a specific offering states otherwise).
The Product includes materials protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or unauthorized use constitutes infringement. You may view, download, print and use these materials for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You agree to keep any username/password confidential and not share it. If the Coach has reasonable grounds to suspect sharing, the Coach may suspend or terminate your account without refund.
The Coach and third-party vendors may collect information when you purchase or contact us. The Coach respects your privacy and will never sell, trade or transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
You are prohibited from damaging the Product website; using it for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes; transmitting malicious software; sending unsolicited communications; systematically collecting data; or sharing proprietary information and credentials.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Coach from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of this Agreement or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Coach disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Any damages shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Product.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. The courts located in Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any case or controversy arising from or relating to the Product.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. If any provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
